In Karahayıt, just 5 km from the UNESCO World Heritage site of Pamukkale, and about 1 hour (65 km) from Denizli Çardak Airport.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out requests are evaluated subject to availability.
What conditions does the thermal water help with?
Our 58°C red thermal water is traditionally considered supportive for orthopaedic and rheumatic conditions, circulatory issues, stress and skin complaints, among others. (It does not replace medical advice.)
Is there a special price policy for children?
Yes. Children aged 0-6 stay free of charge, and children aged 7-12 stay at a 50% discount.
What other amenities does the hotel have?
Indoor and outdoor thermal pools, regular pools, a SPA and hammam, a restaurant, a meeting hall, free Wi-Fi and free parking are among our main amenities.
Is there an airport transfer service?
Yes, an airport transfer service is available on request.
Is smoking allowed at the hotel?
Smoking is not permitted in indoor areas; however, there are designated outdoor smoking areas for our guests.
Are pets accepted?
Unfortunately, pets are not accepted at our facility.
